Corbin Crossing

This is a honest review of the Corbin Crossing. I had a very good experience with this apartment. I moved in last year around September and the move-in process is pretty smooth. I came from out of state and this is my first time coming to Kansas and I found out the people here are very friendly and willing to help out. I remember the first day I moved in the apartment that was not ready yet but they still arranged me in a hotel to make sure that I had a place! After I moved in, the space is huge compared to coastal states in the US and everything looks new and furnished here. Secondly, I found this apartment is keeping its privacy while it is also very convenient location to everywhere. Thirdly, the people and staff here are always willing to help out and have the best service! I moved out because I personally do not need large space and need to downsize a bit. In general, if you want to look for a comfortable, convenient and friendly apartment to live in and this is your place! Thank you for leaving a good impression to me in Kansas!

A while back, I had previously written a review that gave Corbin Crossing 2 out of 5 stars and described a series of concerning issues that my wife and I have experienced during our 4 years of living here. Increasing costs, coupled with several unfortunate and ongoing problems we had experienced motivated the need to voice our frustrations. That same day I wrote the review, Savannah at the front office called me to address all of our concerns and provided solutions where possible. My wife and I are truly blown away by the responsiveness and willingness to help by Savannah and the maintenance team at Corbin.

This place is amazing!! What makes it even better is the management team. They really go above and beyond for their residents, from ensuring a seamless leasing experience from the jump, to making sure that problems are fixed in a timely manner or provide the information you need to the best of their abilities, they are definitely the best team I encountered so far!

We are starting our second year here at Corbin Crossing and couldn’t be happier. The staff is wonderful and so responsive to any questions or concerns. Any issues that have arisen have been handled quickly, efficiently and professionally by the maintenance staff. The grounds are well kept throughout the year and the facilities are taken care of with an attention to detail. This is exactly what we were looking for in an apartment community.

Called in and talked to Sara. For first impression, she was awesome. She was very helpful with the information I was asking for. She listen to my concerns, and even offered a same day tour that would have happen in a few hours. Unfortunately, things chance unexpectedly. But if you are looking for a place, Sara will be very helpful, and a good listener.

We love living at Corbin Crossing. The location is great. Walking distance to shops and lots of restaurants or just for the scenic neighborhood. The staff is personable, and very responsive. Grounds look nice and are kept that way by a professional team. On-staff maintenance staff is skilled. I haven’t found anything they cant do, and I’ve tried.

We recently moved to Corbin crossing in April. The apartment was really very spacious, well maintained especially the patio was very big.This place is very close to shops and restaurants, we can just go by walk.The staff was amazing. They will respond very quickly for any issues and maintenance crew was very professional. Especially Sarah and Myriam were very helpful. They will encourage the newly joined residents with nice gifts from lucky draws. They will celebrate every event in community hall.. Overall i can give five star rating and i am very happy to stay here with my family and I will surely recommend this to my friends.
